Why and How of System Evacuation

In this training Kevan Mayer, from NAVAC, will feature real world examples through both practical exercises and videos. The primary focus will be on what happens when evacuations aren’t done correctly and how to speed up the process. This class will include products like:
- NP2DLM Vacuum Pump
- NRP8Di
- NRDD
At the end of the training we will feature a live demonstration of the correct equipment and setup vs. the traditional way of system evacuation, utilizing two 5-ton equivalent vacuum test chambers and “dueling vacuum rigs.

Kevan Mayer has been presenting technical training for the past 20 years, spending 13 years with a large New England wholesaler specializing in turning plumbing and heating contractors into air conditioning installers.
Kevan has extending his training expertise with certification for Mitsubishi (teaching 2-day M&P classes for 7 years), NORTEK (Gibson and Maytag), Ruud, Scotsman and Manitowoc Ice Machines, and Kohler Residential Generators.
Currently, Keven holds a 35 year CM membership of RSES and has previously served on their Board of Directors for a decade.
